Users must visit the Rewards Hub before completing any task. This will be considered a successful registration and qualify the user for task rewards. All tasks and rewards are time-limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some tasks require either Primary or Advanced KYC Verification before rewards can be claimed.
Sub-accounts are not counted as independent participants. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for final calculation.
According to local laws and regulations, users from countries/regions where derivatives trading is prohibited may not be eligible for rewards related to Futures trading. MEXC will launch exclusive events for certain countries/regions, so please check the latest announcements.
2. Task Status & Claiming Rewards
Progress updates may take up to 30 minutes. If your status hasn't changed, please refresh the page shortly.
Once a task is finished, please claim your reward manually. Note that all rewards undergo a risk review, which typically takes up to 7 calendar days. Once approved, you can find your rewards under Rewards Hub → My Rewards.
Rewards must be claimed within the designated claim period. Any rewards not claimed by the deadline will automatically expire. For certain tasks, users are required to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, otherwise the task will be deemed invalid.
Each user can participate in only one new user event at a time. Simultaneous participation in multiple events is not allowed.
3. Calculation Rules
Your deposit is calculated in USDT using the platform's prevailing rates at the time of the transaction.
After claiming, the system will use the bonus to place a Futures order at the last price in isolated margin mode, generating a position of equivalent value.
If the user already has an open position or pending order in that trading pair, the reward cannot be claimed.
After claiming successfully, the position can be viewed on the Futures trading page.
Users may increase the position size to maximise profits, set TP/SL orders, or close the position. Upon closing, profits will be settled to the Futures account, and remaining bonus funds will be revoked. If the position incurs a loss (without added margin), the maximum loss will be capped at the Position Airdrop amount.
In rare cases, order placement may fail. If no position appears, please try claiming again.
After claiming a position, you can view it directly on the Futures trading page. After claiming a Position Airdrop voucher, you can check it anytime under My Rewards.
A Token Voucher is a reward offered on MEXC that can be redeemed for a designated cryptocurrency. Each voucher is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued. To use it, simply click Redeem. Once the tokens are credited to your account, they are fully owned by you and may be traded, transferred, or withdrawn in accordance with standard wallet rules.
You can view all your vouchers in the Voucher Centre. Simply click Redeem to claim the corresponding tokens. After redemption, the tokens can be used to increase your Spot balance, serve as Futures margin, or be withdrawn to your personal wallet.

Earn APR Booster
Earn APR Boosters apply only to the specific Earn product indicated on the voucher. They provide an additional annual interest rate on eligible holdings. The boosted interest is calculated based on min (principal amount, maximum boostable principal). Any amount exceeding the boostable limit will not receive the extra interest.

These rules are part of the MEXC User Agreement. In case of conflict, these rules take precedence.
