PANews reported on January 15th that digital asset trading platform Gate.io announced its annual awards, recognizing partners and participants within its global ecosystem who have made outstanding contributions to content creation, brand communication, and community development. The awards cover KOLs, advertising partners, brokers, and core community contributors, with categories such as the "Content Pioneer of the Year Award" and the "Forward-Looking Insight Award" reflecting the platform's recognition of the value of its diverse ecosystem.

Through a unified annual recognition mechanism, Gate further refines and presents its global partnership network and ecosystem, strengthening connections between cross-regional partners and establishing a clearer value consensus for ecosystem collaboration. In addition, Gate invites partners annually to participate in diverse exchange and hospitality arrangements, including attending F1 races, global travel and networking events, and major international industry exhibitions, further deepening collaborative relationships.

Looking back on the past year, Gate has continued to invest in expanding its collaborative ecosystem, content development, and community operations. Its global user base is approaching 50 million, with both spot and derivatives trading activity increasing simultaneously, and its overall market share remaining among the top globally. Gate stated that it will continue to improve its cooperation and incentive mechanisms, working with ecosystem partners to promote the long-term healthy development of the digital asset and Web3 industries.

UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach

The post UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Why does this matter for crypto holders? The UK regulatory framework shift would provide safer custody of assets, better disclosure of risks, and clearer recourse if something goes wrong. However, the regulator was also frank in its submission, arguing that no rulebook can eliminate the volatility or inherent risks of holding digital assets. Instead, the focus is on ensuring that when consumers choose to invest, they do…
