Cryptocurrency exchange Gate has unveiled Gate Wealth, a wealth management platform developed for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. The new service combines digital assets with traditional financial products, offering a unified investment framework that spans cryptocurrencies, fiat assets, and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). According to the company, the platform is designed to support diversified portfolio management and long-term capital preservation across changing market conditions.

Gate Wealth integrates a range of investment products, including digital asset liquidity solutions, tokenized fixed-income instruments, trust structures, and structured investment products. The platform also provides access to a wider selection of traditional financial markets, including global equities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), foreign exchange, commodities, precious metals, government bonds, and selected primary market investment opportunities. Structured products and derivatives are incorporated to support portfolio diversification and risk management throughout different market cycles.

The platform is built around three primary areas: asset protection, institutional client services, and cross-market liquidity. Gate stated that the service operates under a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework supported by trust and asset management structures, together with reserve verification mechanisms intended to enhance transparency. Dedicated relationship managers and investment specialists provide continuous support for large transactions, capital transfers, and customized investment strategies. The company also said the platform connects traditional banking infrastructure with digital asset liquidity networks to facilitate the movement of capital between fiat and blockchain-based assets.

In order to support its international operations, Gate said it has established a regulatory framework through licenses and registrations across multiple jurisdictions. These include authorization as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) in Malta, enabling operations throughout much of the European Economic Area under the European Union’s passporting framework. The company also holds digital currency registration in Australia, a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license in Dubai, and digital asset business approvals in The Bahamas. According to Gate, these regulatory approvals support institutional trading, digital asset services, and cross-border financial operations.

Gate Wealth enables clients to manage digital assets, fiat holdings, and structured investment products through a single portfolio management interface. Its investment framework combines cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based yield products with tokenized U.S. Treasuries, stablecoin-based income strategies, and quantitative investment products, including options-based and dual-currency strategies. The platform also provides institutional over-the-counter trading, digital asset-backed financing, and access to IPOs and other primary market investments.
